I am doing this for leaky gut and ibs so I have eliminated all grains, coffee, all dairy, nightshades, nuts and eggs as you recommend but still get a lot of stomach pains and gurgles and alternating between diarrhoea and constipation. I will say give up the sugars, processed foods and go as natural as possible. Believe me its all in your head and psychology that u cannot do. However, I will say that the end result will probably be worth a little anxiety if you do end up experiencing some during the detox. Please do some exercise at least for 30-45 minutes. One cup of rice is good to last for the day together with tomatoes in order to induce cleansing. We began eating paleo style yesterday and we were full of energy and up cleaning until midnight.
